Getting a quote is a hassle-free process. We’ve designed a bespoke ‘quote calculator’ that swiftly provides you with an accurate and competitive quote. No fuss, just a straightforward pricing estimate.

Free Site Surveys

For larger jobs or those requiring multiple services, we recommend a free site survey. Our experienced surveyor will meet you at the property, assess your specific requirements, and provide you with a precise quote tailored to your needs.

No Hidden Costs

Our clearance prices are all-inclusive, covering labour, transport, parking, and disposal charges. You won’t encounter any unpleasant surprises at the end of the job.

Hazardous Materials Disposal Rates

Certain materials, classified as hazardous, necessitate safe disposal procedures to protect both health and the environment. These materials are taken to special facilities for treatment and safe recycling. We incur charges for these materials, and the following rates apply (exclusive of VAT):

  • TV’s / CRT monitors: £10
  • Fridge / freezer: £50
  • Commercial fridge: To Be Confirmed (TBC)
  • Car tyre: £20
  • LCD: £5
  • Fluorescent tube: £4
  • Mattress: £30
  • Gas canisters: £20
  • Paint, solvents (per tin / tub): £10
  • Fire extinguisher: £30

Valuation Services

We offer valuation services tailored to your needs:

  • Standard probate valuation service: Starting from £295 + VAT, which includes up to 2 hours of desk research.
  • Specialist probate valuation service: For valuable specialist collections or high-value items, we can provide RICS accredited valuers or experts in specific fields. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Inventory Prices

If you require an inventory of contents, we charge £50 + VAT per hour for one of our valuers to attend the property and provide a written report. We are open to discussing fixed prices on a case-by-case basis.

Packing Materials

For safe van loading, it’s essential that your boxes are of similar sizes (small, medium, or large). We can supply boxes and necessary materials, with a delivery fee of £40 + VAT for advance delivery.

  • Small Box: £1.99
  • Medium Box: £2.49

  • Wardrobe Box: £9.99
  • Packing Paper: £12.99 per ream
  • Bubble Wrap: £49.99 per 50m roll
  • Tape: £1.50 per roll

Certified Data Destruction (All prices exclusive of VAT)

  • Paper:
    • On-site paper shredding: £60 minimum charge plus £2.99 per sack (£5.99 per sack if we load paper into sacks).
    • Off-site certified: £0.38 per kilo plus removal charges (£75 collection fee).
  • Hard drives:
    • Off-site hard drive destruction: £10 per unit.
    • Off-site hard drive wiping: £10 per unit.
    • Collection: £50 + congestion charge and fees if applicable.
    • Removal of hard drives from PC/servers: Charged at £50 per hour.
