Key Responsibilities:

  1. To perform house clearance tasks as a member of the House Clearance Team, ensuring the safe and damage-free loading of the vehicle during transit.
  2. Coordinating communication with all involved parties in the house clearance process to ensure a seamless operation for the removal and delivery of furniture.
  3. Engaging in various tasks such as sorting and packing household belongings and items located in garages or outbuildings. Also, providing assistance with general house cleaning when necessary.
  4. Managing workload priorities in accordance with guidance provided by the House Clearance Manager and Transport Manager.
  5. Properly disposing of unwanted items from the house clearance in an environmentally responsible manner, and prioritizing recycling whenever feasible to minimise disposal costs.
