Key Responsibilities:
- To perform house clearance tasks as a member of the House Clearance Team, ensuring the safe and damage-free loading of the vehicle during transit.
- Coordinating communication with all involved parties in the house clearance process to ensure a seamless operation for the removal and delivery of furniture.
- Engaging in various tasks such as sorting and packing household belongings and items located in garages or outbuildings. Also, providing assistance with general house cleaning when necessary.
- Managing workload priorities in accordance with guidance provided by the House Clearance Manager and Transport Manager.
- Properly disposing of unwanted items from the house clearance in an environmentally responsible manner, and prioritizing recycling whenever feasible to minimise disposal costs.
